Lower prices, cutting taxes, eliminating unnecessary regulations and putting an end to wasteful government spending will strengthen our economy, bolster our middle class, and help Alabama’s small businesses grow and create jobs. President Trump is fighting for our workers and business owners every day. It’s time for Congress to stand with President Trump to revive our economy and restore the American Dream. As your Senator, I’ll fight for Alabama’s working families. That starts with bringing down gas and grocery prices, bringing good paying jobs back to America where they belong, relying on American energy, not foreign oil, and making the 2017 Trump tax cuts permanent.

We need an education system that puts parents in the drivers’ seat, not school boards and DC bureaucrats, to serve the best interests of students. I support eliminating The Department of Education and reallocating those funds at the state level where parents, teachers, and local school administrators can work together to strengthen schools in our communities so every child has access to a good education, regardless of their zip code or socioeconomic status. Our education system is broken. Alabama families deserve an education system that puts students first.

As your Attorney General I have fought to uphold the rule of law and prosecuted those who have come across our southern border illegally and into Alabama. The Biden Administration’s open border policy led to an invasion of illegals who brought deadly drugs, crime and human trafficking into our communities.

I filed lawsuits against The Biden Administration on their repeal of President Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy and “Title 42” program that helped deport illegals and secure our southern border under President Trump; additionally, we fought The Biden Administration’s unlawful visa system that saw them fly hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens into our country every year to be paroled. Joe Biden was a disaster at our southern border and has done irreparable harm to the rule of law in our country, thankfully President Trump took action and is removing violent illegal aliens from our country at a record pace. As your Senator, I will stand alongside President Trump to secure our borders, deport criminal aliens, and restore the rule of law.

I am unapologetically pro-life and as your Attorney General I have fought tirelessly for the unborn. As your Senator I will push back on the Democrats radical, pro-abortion agenda and fight to defund Planned Parenthood, stop abortion clinic pop-ups by schools, enforce the Hyde Amendment and stop your federal tax dollars from going to abortions.

For decades, Democrats and their allies on the left have attempted to dismantle our constitutional right to keep and bear arms. As your Attorney General, I have fought against The Biden Administration and local politicians who’ve attempted to take away our gun rights — and won. I’m an outdoorsman, hunter, and defender of the Constitution. As your Senator, I’ll defend the Second Amendment and ensure law abiding citizens have the right to keep and bear arms.

I support President Trump’s historic steps to improve transparency and lower drug prices.

Healthcare prices and premiums have kept rising under Obamacare and the systemic problems patients face in cost relative to service haven’t been solved. This failed government experiment has led to higher costs, poorer quality care and a system that still isn’t transparent to patients and doctors. Competition between healthcare providers will decrease costs, expand options and ensure that pre-existing conditions are not an obstacle for quality care. We must move away from a government solution that has failed and return to the free-market where companies are competing across state lines for your business. I support President Trump’s historic steps that he’s taken by executive order in his second term to improve transparency and thus lower drug prices.

The federal government’s foremost responsibility is our national security—beginning with unwavering support for our brave men and women in uniform. Under Joe Biden, our military was politicized and weakened. The Biden administration prioritized divisive DEI initiatives over merit and mission readiness, oversaw a disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, contributed to plummeting troop morale and recruitment, and diminished America’s standing on the world stage. We must rebuild and reassert our military as the most formidable fighting force on Earth. That means restoring trust with our allies, standing firm against our adversaries, and ensuring every nation pays its fair share for our shared security. I believe in peace through strength—when America is strong, the world is safer. And I fully support reversing policies that harmed our servicemembers, starting with reinstating all personnel unjustly discharged for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine.

Joe Biden treated our military like a social experiment. As your Senator, I will stand with President Trump to refocus our armed forces on strength, excellence, and mission-first leadership—because nothing less will keep America safe.

Inflation hit Alabama’s agriculture community hard. Our farmers are the backbone of our state and the lifeblood of America’s food supply. We have a duty to ensure they have the tools, resources, and freedom they need to grow and harvest their crops—not just to feed our families, but to sustain their own. Under Joe Biden, the USDA has failed independent farmers. His administration’s tax policies and overreaching regulations—like the EPA’s abuse of WOTUS, labeling puddles and ditches as protected waterways—have handed Washington more control over private land than ever before. For the first time in our nation’s history, America is importing more agricultural products than we export. That’s unacceptable. As your Senator, I’ll champion our farmers and work to grow the success of crops produced right here in America, stand up for family farms, and push back against the monopolization of agriculture by corporate giants. I’ll oppose foreign adversaries like China buying up our farmland, and I’ll work to expand access to international markets so Alabama’s farmers can thrive—not just survive.

It’s about fairness and safety. Since Title XI’s passing over 50 years ago we’ve seen tremendous strides to expand opportunities for girls and women to compete in sports on a level playing field. As your Attorney General, I’ve fought The Biden Administration’s efforts to erode the integrity of women’s sports by allowing biological males to compete against girls and as your Senator I won’t back down. It’s time for Congress to follow President Trump’s lead and preserve women’s sports by passing Senator Tuberville’s Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act that will save women’s sports by maintaining Title XI’s protections for female athletes.

President Trump couldn’t have been more correct when he said, “Police are not criminals, and criminals are not victims.” During Biden’s Administration we constantly saw law enforcement attacked, verbally and physically. According to the FBI assaults since 2020 have dramatically increased against law enforcement. Our law enforcement has only one agenda, to protect our community and it’s vital that the women and men that protect our community know that we have their back. As your Senator I’ll continue to speak out against the verbal and physical attacks against our law enforcement and ensure that they have the adequate resources to protect our community.

I strongly support the advancement of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology to foster innovation, economic growth, and financial inclusion. I endorse the GENIUS Act, which promotes responsible development of digital assets by providing regulatory clarity, encouraging investment in blockchain infrastructure, and ensuring consumer protections. Similarly, I back the CLARITY Act, which aims to establish a clear regulatory framework for cryptocurrencies, reducing uncertainty for businesses and investors while maintaining market integrity. Blockchain technology has the potential to revolutionize industries, enhance transparency, and empower individuals, and I am committed to supporting policies that ensure the United States remains a global leader in this transformative space.

By embracing these technologies, we can drive job creation, strengthen our economy, and provide opportunities for Americans to participate in a decentralized financial future. In the Senate, I will work to balance innovation with sensible oversight and consumer protection, ensuring that cryptocurrency and blockchain development thrive in a safe and competitive environment.

I unequivocally stand with Israel, our steadfast ally in the Middle East, and support its right to defend itself against threats to its security and sovereignty. Israel faces unique challenges in a volatile region, and it has the inherent right to protect its citizens from terrorism and aggression. I have consistently denounced antisemitism in all its forms, recognizing it as a dangerous and unacceptable form of hatred that must be confronted with resolve.

My commitment to Israel includes supporting robust U.S. military and diplomatic assistance to ensure its safety, as well as fostering strong bilateral ties to promote shared values of democracy, freedom, and stability. I am also dedicated to combating the rise of antisemitism both domestically and globally, advocating for policies that hold accountable those who perpetuate hate and division.

By strengthening the U.S.-Israel partnership, we can advance mutual interests, including countering regional threats and promoting peace through diplomacy. As a Senator, I will work tirelessly to ensure that the United States remains a reliable partner to Israel, supporting its right to self-defense while promoting efforts to foster stability and security in the region.
